No service! No activation, yet billed on time!

Ive been a client of Real People Cellular for a year, and every month, having the same problem. They debit my account and take payment on time. However, never activate my BIS service, resulting in it being down for 2 to 3 days. I use the fone for work, and a community information service on BIS and Whatsapp from this number, and having it not activated month after month is ridiculous! Real People Cellular advertise a customer service e-mail address that does not exist. Their service centers dont answer calls, and are closed all weekend too! I have used R132 in airtime calling them, to activate my BIS on my cell fone! And its still NOT done! The call center agents blame Vodacom for the problem every month too... This is lousy service to say the least..and, to note, their call center is still not answering calls, despite saying its open from 8am! My BIS is still no active, and I still cannot receive any calls on my fone, despite my account being paid and up to date! I have also NEVER received ANY billing via e-mail, from date of contract inception, despite being assured it would be done! My cell number with Real People Cellular is: 0764137184.
