I took a vehicle Insurance policy at Virgin Money. After a number of problems including them deducting more than they should have the policy was normalised.

When I called in to change my debit date THE CONSULTANT INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD LOADED MY ADRESS INCOREECTLY AND THAT MY PREMIOM HAD TO BE AMMENDED BY R7.00 PER MONTH AND IT IS NO HIGHER.

I FIND THIS SLACK PATHETIC SERVICE OF VIRGIN MONEY TO BE THE ORDER OF THE DAY.ALL THIER CALLS ARE RECORDED AND ON EACH CALL I CLEARLY STATE MY ADRESS DETAILS WHY DID THE FIRST CONSULTANT NOT THEN GET THE ADRESS RIGHT.

I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKES OF STAFF MEMEBERS WHO CLEARLY ARE NOT COMPOTENT ENOUGH TO DO THIER JOBS PROPERLY.

IF NO RESOLUTION IS RECIEVED TODAY I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
