Clientele Legal: Absolutely Useless!!!

I was contacted by a Debt Collector claiming money on a Prescribed Debt. A Prescribed Debt is a debt that is cancelled/written off by a Creditor.

We contacted Clientelle 2months ago. We are Members for 2 years. We explained the situation, they promised to contact the Creditor. They never followed up, we had to keep calling to find out if they did anything. Moxi from Clientelle once called asking us for details, its his job to call the Creditor - Moxi was mixed up and thought I was the Creditor! After much frustration, we eventually spoke to the Supervisor who told us that they were only there to advise us! They don't do anything else! Their ad is all! 'I made 1 call to Clientelle, and my matter was sorted out' WHAT RUBBISH!! They didn't even request a detailed statement from the Creditor in order to our case properly.

They will reply to this with a statement just as misleading and disingenuous as their tv ad. Judging from their replies on this site, they pass the buck instead of accepting that their service and improving it. I was even considering life insurance with them since we have legal and funeral plan with them as well. Now I'm cancelling everything.
