My car was involved in an accident on 15 June and the Call Center Efficiency I received was out of these world. It was evident that the consultants were well trained in people skills and taught to be able to listen to customers. I was attended to by more than one consultant and I found that all of them have one quality in common; to listen to the customer and keep them happy. These compliment is restricted only to the Call Center Service that I received and for that I say keep it up guys. The letter for the service delivery to follow in 5 days.
