Capitec will not refund my money back

My husband took a loan from Capitec some time last year. He passed away this year in March and had not finished paying back the loan. Capitec has since then still continued taking money after the passing of my husband even after I had forwarded his death certificate. When I went to the bank to query this and to ask them to refund the balance they gave me the run around and have since not received any feedbank or confirmation from the Head Office. Iam really dissapointed and frustrated about the kind of service I have received. Dealing with the loss of my husband is hard enough and now on top of it all dealing with people who have no remorse whatsover about what Iam going through and how much this is becoming a financial burden to me and my family.
