Unnecessary delays in repairing my ca

I am very much disappointed with the service provided by Miway. I have logged a motor claim with them on the 2013/08/02. Several messages and promises were made to get my claim processed in a much acceptable time frame. However the whole process took longer than anticipated due to failure to provide regular feedbacks on the progress of my claim and no urgency from the consultants. On numerous occasion I had to do my own follow ups and without any apology provided the matter was prolonged. Still this day my car hasn't been fixed and every time I'm in contact with them I get to be provided with delays and unfavourable procedures and unreliable info, Different consultants are been used to handle my claim and different info is been given to me. On our last conversation I was provided with the name of the repairer and I was promised that I will be contacted by them as soon as they receive my vehicle parts. To my surprise when i contacted the repairer, I was given a different information, the repairer was only waiting for the arrival of my vehicle in order for them to be able to proceed further. Miway has failed me as a customer, no empathy. The delays are very much unacceptable.
