Transunion Credit Bureau
NO COURTESY TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS

We have NO control over our credit records. The credit bureau does not even have the courtesy to advise if someone lists you. I have had over 10 suppliers list me INCORRECTLY and I only find out about it when I request my report OR when I apply for a loan and its declined.
What happened to the CUSTOMER having the right to defend themselves???
And to get it removed in a mission! After hundreds of phone calls, emails and letters it gets "removed" but still remains on your record for 5 years.
Customers are being treated as numbers - NO RESPECT for clients, no consideration, no decency. No matter how hard you try to maintain a good credit record - YOU SIMPLY HAVE NO CONTROL!
THIS has to change!!!
