I contacted Outsurance on Friday 23 August for Life Insurance quote.
I then requested Thabo Lesoene to contact me on Friday 30 August to discuss the quote further, allowing me time to investigate other options.
He then phoned me on Wednesday 28 August and again today, 29 August.
Each time I told him that he must phone me, as initially requested on Friday 30 August.
I am now so incredibly irriated, that there is not a chance in I will give Outsurance my business, and I plan to tell everybody I know not to ever make contact with Outsurance as they will just hound you and harrass you -I regret the day I ever contacted them.
