Poor service

Morning, i bought a vehicle with wesbank. The transaction took 30 min. I am now waiting 3 days to get a quotation from Out surance, this while i am an excisting customer. I have logged two requests already on their webpage, with no reply. wesbank cannot release the vehicle before my insurance is in place.
