Good day.

I recently (about two months ago) got a qoute from King price on a toyota rav 4 2007 model for Insurance at king price.
There response was quick when I asked them for a qoute. About a month later I called tehm to explain to them that I am not buying the car anymore so I dont need insurance from them. They told me that they would call me back. This did not happend. About a week later I called again and still got now feedback from them. The next week I received a call from them and when I explained to them that Im not buying the car anymore they told me that they will put the debit order through to go off on the first of september if i by that time bought the car.
I told them that I dont want to take insurance out from them anymore because Im not sure when I will be buying the car. The lady then told me that she will be e-mailing me a from to fill in before the first of september if I still didnt have a car to insure. To this day I havent got an e-mail or response from them. I send them a e-mail last night and I still havent got any feedback.
Could you please assist me on this matter because I dont see why I must pay for something that Im not going to use.
