My car was taking more than normal to be fixed despite the damage being minor. I had expressed my concern to the other consultants about how this was negatively affecting my life but none of them were willing to do anything about it. Upon informing Emanuel, who was second in line in the repairs department, he quickly assured me that he undestood my situation and promised to help me. Before i know it, a car was provided to me and all I had to pay was the fuel charges only!
Thanks to Emanuel s efficiently and going the extra mile I have a smile on my face while my vehicle is being fixed. His smiles and jokes on the other side of the phone is a cherry on the top for the gracious and polite way this gentleman interacted with me.
If i diddnt know better, i would think he is one of the company s secret weapons unleashed just at that moment when one is really thinking of switching insurance companies!
