Went to Sunnypark, so that Kagiso can apolodies to me for the bad attitude she gave and the Assistant manager Ntsako was there mediating but the manner in which the process went through it was as if me (the client), I was apologising to KAGISO, she was so rude with bad attitude and I decided to loeave them there because I could see that its a waste of time, she was very disrespectful in front of her manager.
The very same day I smoke to Lebogang capitec agent (Ref: 9418191), she promised to escalate these matter foward but till today I have yet to hear anything from Capitec and if thus the case I will take money money to another bank who cares about their client
