Had insurance still debts go off

Hi

am so tied of the Bad service am getting frim the collectios deprtmt.i hv been retrenhd for 5months send all my paperwork in end of april was told everything is sorted and my insurens will kick in and mt debts will stoo.its Augus and still debts is going off u take Food out my childs mouth.i Phn i email but i get no reply. Get back to me Urgently i want all my money since may almost R5000.Am DONe WORST service.
