Unexplained withdrawals from my account

For the past couple of months everytime I deposit funds into my FNB savings account, the money seems to disappear. I finally went inside a branch to query it. A statement was pulled and the deposits are reflecting but the funds are not available even though I have not withdrawn them. The teller is unable to explain what is going on. There was also a mysterious amount swiped, but the teller was unable to confirm the date or where the transaction took place. Further more it does not reflect on my statement, only on some system that only they can see. I was then advised to go to the police and open a case. I have done this and my case number is 99/8/2013. The most frustrating thing is the lack of an explanation, as well as being told that this will take 8 weeks to resolve... clearly someone is my money and until this is resolved I am in essence not able to use my account.
