Adverse Listing

I had a credit card with Standard Bank and last paid on it in 2003. I recently checked my Experian credit profile and noticed that I have been listed for that account again. I understand that an account can only be listed once. I have spoken to many people at standard bank and I get sent from pillar to post. Can you please assist me
