I wrote a report here on 27/08 complaining about Standard Bank. I checked my credit report and noticed they had listed me for a second time for the same account, which is not allowed. On 29/08 Thabisile Nxumalo sent me an email that they urgently requested for the listing to be removed, which Standard Bank said would take between 3 and 5 working days and they will update me. I have since not heard from Standard Bank again. I sent Thabisile an email this morning but still has not received a reply. Please assist
