First For Women Insurance
Zero Access... or so I thought???

I signed up at First for Woman thinking I had Zero Access and only pay if the claim is less than R2500... Today when I wanted to claim, I apparently have to pay Access. When I requested a voice recording today now I have to wait 4 to 5 days for it. No, I know what I agreed on and I always make triple sure in repeating questions. I am very unsatisfied as I am told what I agreed on is not so. This is what I get for spreading the word of how great this car insurance is paying no access... not such great service after all.
