Unacceptable disregard for a custome

I am currently going through claiming for damage to my vehicle from First for Women.
The sequence of events that has taken place with me calling First for women last week is as follows:
- Called on Tuesday (20/08/2013) morning: Spoke to a lady, Soubeka (my assigned vehicle repair consultant) was to call me back based on a message left for him as he was not at his desk but he did not
- Called on Wednesday (21/08/2013) afternoon: Spoke to a someone named Maria, Soubeka was on training and Maria was to give him the message to call me back.. He did not call back
- Called on Thursday (22/08/2013) morning: Spoke to Tuli, she said that Soubeka was not at his desk and was going to help me instead- she was to contact the North City panelbeaters and find out if any parts have been ordered and if the duration of the job can be decreased and get back to me in 15 mins. I called back 6 hours later because she had not gotten back to me. Spoke to an Mpendu, she said Tulli was on a call and she will ask her to call me back and she never did.
I find this level of service absolutely unacceptable. Showing utter disregard to me as a customer is not going to keep me as a client for much longer.
