Full refund of R16.200

I phakiso elias motloung, email: [Email Removed] paid R16, 200 for Charting software from Xchnge Investment Training to be able to buy shares directly from JSE exchange. I paid the money into this company's account on the 14 March 2013 but still today they failed to honour our agreement of uploading this software on my laptop and to refund me all my money. their no: 011 781 1111. These people are criminals and but all I want is my money.
