How long does it take to have a window replaced?

29 July - Submitted claim for broken window as car was broken into. Window was fitted but had to be replaced as it was not shaped correctly.
Called on 31/07/2013 as I had no feedback -Spoke to Thabisa who advised I should call the glass department. I then called Autoboys (Grandmark) - Spoke to Lebo, gave her my ref: (91048/20130729) who told me to call the Cape Town branch (0215341902) and speak to Janine.
Janine was not in and spoke to Lawrence. He apologised for not calling and apparently the glass was ordered and he said he would have the window replaced that same day - 31/07/2013
1st Aug - Installed window and advised that I would be contacted for tint.
06th- no feedback from anyone - Called Discovery (transferred to glass claim department)
06/08/2013 and spoke to Leran- said he would find out what delay is and call me back. No feedback for the rest of the day. I do not understand why I have to follow up and waste my time and airtime to get a simple job like this resolved. Please arrange to have this sorted out as soon as possible.
