Debiting my account without my knowledge!!!

My account was debited without my authorisation, i see that i am not the only person experiencing this problem.

They debited on 15 Aug 2013, i got their details from the bank, bank gave me - 0861135791, when i call this number, they say the process debit orders on behalf of different clients and they do not know what is happenning. They gave me another number of 0873104269, when i call this number they say they will sort it out within 48 hours.

They say they have agents calling people to offer their services of group coupons, etc.
