Charged me immediately after I cancelled

After paying for a year and not claiming I decided to claim on small dent and 3 screen chips. Getting them everything processed was a breeze, but i was extremely unhappy with the work done, the dent was still there only marginally smaller and the wind screen chips dried white so they are now aesthetically worse than the actual chips. Unhappy with the service I called and cancelled my account 2 weeks before the next payment date. After the phone call I recieved an immediate deduction even though my account was up to date. they "investigated" the matter and concluded it was too late to remove the bill from my account, avoid them
