The worst service eve

This is to complain about the lack of professionalism, poor service and blatant that have come from the Southern Toyota franchise in Lenasia.
The lady who i was dealing with Salamina Mbele had blatantly to me that fnb had declined my application for finance. Little did she know that i had already received the confirmations from fnb saying that the finance was approved. She said all the other banks had declined my application, i have not followed up with that so i cannot say if this too was a or not. she did say that MFC which is Toyota's finance had granted me finance. Weird how all the banks 'declined' me but the good old Toyota has accepted, sounds fishy doesn't it? A few things needed to be fixed which were not done by the time i had got to the dealership to collect my car, this had been promised that it would be done. When i inquired as to why this had not yet been completed the blame game started. Firstly it was serviced late, then the people at the car wash were late etc, General communications were of the worst i have ever experienced.
I have now moved to a different dealership and will never support Toyota in my life
