During claim for car accident, Amanda picked up an error on my policy and rectified this, which was to my benefit - she could just have kept quiet. While registering new car Amanda clarified some issues that the call center person was unaware of and I can now have my car insured in a manner that suits me far better - without going into details - this is something that other insurers do, but you have to ask.
