Fairbank Capital Reitrement Income plan

I have had numerous telephone conversations, email over the past few months and also a one on one discussion with one of your consultants. I have been told that I have to wait for my retirement income plan to drop below R 75 000 for me to be paid out which I think is unacceptable as I am passed retirement age (68) and I need my money to be paid out as I cannot find a job and have bills to pay and can't do so if I keep getting told I cannot have my money. I need these funds ASAP to pay for my daughters education and also I need to get ophthalmic procedure. They are refusing to accommodate my request. I think this is extremely unfair on my part as I am an old man and it is very hard for me to find employment and I have children to support and I would really appreciate if some one can contact me in regard to this matter.
