Disappointed "potential" client

The other day I saw an advert on gumtree about a Old Mutual agent named Cherise Myburg who is advertising herself and services that she offers in terms of retirement plan, insurance and varoius other options. I decided to contact her regarding a retirement plan / pension fund and she was eager to respond.
As I wanted to find out a bit more about what she offers and how she could help me, I proceeded to make an appointment with her to meet at my home as she said she does home visits.

I waited and waited... and waited... for her response. After emailing her once more to find out if she got my mail and when she can pop around, she cancelled our meeting THE SAME DAY, no reason given and said she'll send us a brochure of our options... which I am still waiting for 3 weeks later...

I am trully disgusted in this service as Im getting older and I want to have this set up so that one day I can not worry about money and that Ill be settled and provided for. Shocking that Ive had to run after an agent like this.

Please could you provide me with details of a qualified and professional old mutual agent in PE that I can contact who will be willing to assist me in this regard
