Unauthorised Debit Orde

Hi,

I'm so disappointed by FNB, they've debited the amount of R780.00 from my account without any formal agreement with me as a account holder. When I phoned in to enquire they told me its for a credit card account I didnt pay in year 2006. I've never signed or authorised them to take this amount on my account, how can they just decide on my behalf how much to debit.

I'm so disappointed and I will fight this until they reverse my money back into my account, if it worth sending a letter to all forms of media expressing my unhappiness will go that route.

Disgusting and disrespectfully FNB spoilt my weekend!!
