Unauthorised debit orde

Had a credit card with std bank and in 2006 i was retrenched couldnt afford to pay last payment was End of 2006 beginning of 2007 and they sent me few letters for payment i told them that i was not working the last communication i had with them it was in January 2013, yesterday 02.09.2013 std bank debited 5000 from my fixed account without my authorisation i went to the bank on the 03.09.2013 ask them to reverse that transaction and they refuse. they was suppose to make arrangements with me regarding that and the account is prescribed is more than 5 yrs please advise
