Closing my account

My car was written of the 1 of June 2013. I owed about R137 000.00 on my car.
The insurance paid out R109 600.00 on the 24 June 2013 to MFC. It took me weeks to get MFC to allocate this payment and to put in a claim at Regent for the top up cover.

In the mean time come end June I still paid my monthly installment.

Earlier this week I confirmed if my account was now closed, it came back positive.

This morning I received a sms from my bank, there was a debit order deduction from MFC!! Great, I was under the impression the account was now paid up and closed!!! I did not make provision for this installment and will now have to pay a penalty fee to the bank as well!

MFC this is the worse service ever!

When are you going to settle this account now! You now took money from my insurance, from regent and still taking from me!!! Who is pocketing this money!?

This is no longer acceptable!!!
