Still Paying Installment for Written Off Ca

My car was recently written off, Regent insurance then paid out the settlement amount on the 16th Jan 2013. I now discovered that I am due to pay another installment, due to the funds not hitting my cars account. This is pruely down to the incompetence of Wesbank as the payments was made on the 16th as a batch payment. Now I am out of pocket at the beginning of Feb until they refund me my money?
