After calling Outsurance as they marketed they will pay you R400 if they do not beat your current insurer, I was shocked to find out this did not happen. I was promised I would receive an email, which I should respond with my current insurance schedule, confirming they CANNOT beat it. I called back twice since then, and still did not receive this email. this is a ploy for you to waste time and energy getting a quote, but to find out, they won't give you the R400... UPSETTING
