My name is Nicole Manus on the 17th Dec 2012 I made a purchase at Game for the amount of R430.00 using my standard bank debit card only to find that the money was only taken from my account on the 07 Jan 2013!!
This is not the first time that standard has done this to me and frankly I'm just sick of the pathetic service and feeble excuses for their actions! I mean who the does this to ppl! If I pay the 17th doesn't that mean its because I have the money then so y take the money the 07th!!!
After receiving emails from std bank I wasn't happy because u didn't help me u just gave me excuses of how conveniently u were experiencing delays! Delays my do u get a kick out of doing this to people???
I want to be compensated and I'm also gng to close this account! Once maybe yes but twice u doing this to me no!!!
So now game is blaming you and std bank will be blaming game! I want an answer and it better be good
