What an bunch of incompetent

Had a claim had everyone involved after two months payout must be done gave them new details a
nd even emailed thru attorneys these who cant read go and submit payment to wrong account money not thru yet so nkadi who cant read and do what is requested to me and said payment cant be reversed which is a as I have spoken to them and it can I need the money to be reversed asap and then put into the correct account
