Well I received a call from RCS regarding the complaint I logged politely telling me the only way I can resolve the issue is to pay the account.

The consultant said they have no history of me ever paying my account, no history of me ever calling and they do not have that recorded calls anymore because the account is so old they have no information but they can tell me how much I owed and that I never made any payments.

So if they have no history can they prove that I have never made a payment on my account

According to the NCR this information should be archived for future disputes.

So I then take it as they are saying I am lying.

Why would I give them dates and names and what happened to that history?

But this call is recorded what!!!

I GOT A SCRIPTED RESPONSE EVERYTHING I ASKED I WAS TOLD "I CANT ADVISE OR COMMENT ALL I CAN SAY IS YOU NEED TO PAY THE ACCOUNT"

Judging by the number of Hello Peter complaints it shows there competency.

I want a full statement of my payment history incl statements of purchases I made after November 2008.
