Failed to assit to get my samsung SIII fixed

My samsung SIII is not funtional since january 2013 due to faulty software. The phone is still under warranty with samsung but I was told to get my phone to the nearest approved repair centre wich is 200km away. Im in Mokopane and the service center is in Pretoria.
