No respose from Debtsafe

I have been with debtsafe for about a year now and I have on numerous occasions asked for monthly statements to be sent to me. Every time I have spoken to someone they say they'll make a note for these statements to be sent out. Recently I have emailed the queries email address but haven't had any response, I have also tried calling the telephone number on the website but everytime I call it goes to a voicemail. I would like to know exactly where my money is going every month and keep track of what is being paid.
