Accounts agent falsifying agreements!!

Beginning August my bond account was 2 months in arrears. Now this happens annually at about this time of year due to my business ups and downs and shortly thereafter it is always caught up. On 1 August I was called by someone from accounts, I couldn't speak and asked him to call back the next evening around 5pm. At 9am the next day he called again, luckily I had a few minutes, so we made an arrangement telephonically that I would pay in R 5200 over two months to catch up. I still have the sms I sent my mom to state the amount that would be due at month end. Today I get a reminder call from the same guy. He was reminding me to pay R 5800. R 600 more than agreed and over 3 months, not 2. I told him he was lying. That I wouldnt be able to afford it or have agreed to it and had budgeted R5200. I told him I want a recording of the call. He said he couldn't give me one. He had called me from a cell, there was no record and then he took his even further saying he had been on his way to me and driving when he made the call. Considering that I would have been interviewing someone at around this time had they not cancelled, it was a rather unnecessary to add? ABSA resolve this bull@*
