Wonga? Never again

I have a similar story.

After taking a loan through wonga, my financial position changed drastically as I lost my job. I called and tried to talk to them to discuss, and all they would say was you broke your end of the deal. I explained that I had no income as I had lost my job and each time I emailed them, they wrote back and said 'call us', the more I said I cannot afford to call them, the more I received emails stating that I wasn't making communication, and that my account had been handed over to a debt collection agency. In fact in one day 5 minutes apart from each other I received a please call us to discuss right after I received an email stating that my account has been handed over to a debt collection agency. Today they sent me TWO emails stating that I must contact the debt collection agency.

What a useless bunch, I have never seen anyone trying to land their clients in hot water as the brain dead team at wonga, do they get pleasure from it?

My advice, DON'T use wonga, there are three other excellent companies that offer the same service and they have assisted me in sorting out my problem.
