I enquired last month 15/07/2013 about the information/documents that I would like that explains my cover etc. I've been paying for this service for 3 years and I would just like to know the details regarding my cover. First of all, they took 4 days just to update me and ask for my I.D number, after I supplied it they were dead quiet. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received any response from them. If there Service Delivery support is this horrid then what can I expect in future when I have a claim?
