I was retrenched on 30 June 2013 and have Card Protection Plan on my Edgar's Account. Since 01 July 2013 I have been trying to settle this account, customer service are pathetic due to the fact that 50people call you for the same reason why the account is not paid yet, ALL of them tell you they will put a note on your account only for someone to call you again with regards to no payment on your account. The Finrite consultants never answer their phones and if they do you need to forward all your documents again to them and you just did that the day before. All these consultants, Edgars, Finrite and even your Complaints department must go on proper training. You call the complaints department, No answer the same with Finrite and Edcon. They know how to use a telephone when your Account is Not paid. Pathetic Service
