MIWAY AND SMD

My car was towed to SMD Chamdor on instructions from Miway on the 18th July 2013. The claim was rejected and I got an invoice to pay SMD R7312.10 before they could release the car back to me. I was shocked when the car was delivered at the panel beaters:
o The cover on the steering wheel has been removed with the VW badge as well as the airbag inside the steering wheel.
o The door handle cover has been removed There are red scratches and bumps on the one side of the car, that wasn't there - There was no car involved in the accident, so this scratches and bumps happened inside SMD ' s grounds.
o It seems to me that there was dogs that slept inside my car, as the car is full of dog hair, and the seats is completely wet inside (Not sure if this is water or dog urine)? One can see that there is dog foot marks and scratches on the side where the one window is broken.
This in completely unacceptable, I had to pay R7300 just to get my car released, now it will cost another R12500.00 to get the car fixed inside on all of this happened in SMD's grounds. I keep SMD an Miway responsible for all cost mentioned above and request SMD to fix all of this at their own cost.
