My wife and I are frustrated beyond belief! Every weekday night between 18:00 & 19:00 some callcentre zombie from African Bank phones us looking for some person we've never heard of. For months now, every night, we've been explaining that we don't know such a person and that they've obviously got the wrong number and that they should report or make note of that, but no one working there seems to be able to grasp what we're telling them. Or they're just being spiteful, wasting money on useless calls in the process. It's like trying to explain it to two year olds. This has become harassment and we are considering seeking legal advice, if this is not stopped soon. Could someone from African Bank please help us to resolve this issue?
