Denied my money because of second name

My Mom sent me money from the USA. When i went to collect it the lady 1st asked for prof of address which i went to FNB to collect on returning she said she could not process my transation because my second name did not appear on the transaction. 1st name corresponds last name corresponds and identity number corresponds JUST BECAUSE MY MOM DID NOT PUT IN MY SECOND NAME I COULD NOT GET THE MONEY and got THE F word for asking why.
