Outsurance doesn't want to pay me R400

2 months after I requested a quote from Outsurance, I'm still fighting with them to get my R400 as they could not beat my current insurer. I sent them documents in June to get the pay out and when I called a week later I was advised that it takes about a month. I then waited for a month and a half and still there was no pay out. I have called them about 5 or 6 times to complain and still nothing. I resent the documents and nothing. I have been dealing or speaking to several managers, or people whom pretend to be managers and nothing happens. They don't even have the decency to compensate me for all the running around I have to do. After all of this they expect me to wait 5 to 7 working days to do a transfer from their bank to mine. As I work in a bank I know it doesn't take that long for a transfer from one bank to another. Just another Bull$&! t story. I'm so glad that I never chose them as in insurer and I intend to broadcast my story to as many people as possible.
