Nedbank Credit Card reissue without notifications

Nedbank decided to without notice reissue my credit card. Once they did that they removed my credit card account off my internet banking. I am now unable to make payments into this account nor see balances etc. Absolutely ridiculous service and the way they operate is just insanely stupid!!! What NOW??? I have no notification of when my card will be delivered... if its been issued? I assume Steve worked for nedbank! Guess what bank I am moving too!!! ridiculous ridiculous!
