I was out of the country.when i came back.they had opened several accounts using my name because before i left, i lost my ID.i reported to the credit grantors and ITC and Credit Ombmud and i was refered to MAgda Van Biljon who asked me to Submit My documents 5 times (ID, Affidavids, Proof that i was in England) and i did did.every time i sent them proof she acknowlegdges but everytime i ask her how far she is on the proggress she talks to me rudely like i work on her garden.i submited everything in january 2013 and no one has ontacted me.when i want to compalin.her office is full of rude rude stuff, from the reception (switchboard to the manager Magda.they block me from complaining, they say i cannot complain or talk to anyone.
