I accepted a quote from iWYZE for the amount of R435 and asked that the insurance only start at the 30th of September, but due to some events I need to start the insurance on 1st of September. So, I phoned iWYZE and requested to change the date to the 1st of September, then they told me that my monthly rate is going to change from R435 to R589, because of the new structure and there is nothing else they can do for me, I must either take the rate at R589 per month or wait till the 30th of September to keep the R435 monthly rate.

This is very very poor service, I just want to change the date that the insurance start, but have to pay more if I do so.
