On 15 August 2013 company Call Voice Africa unlawfully debited an amount of R129.99 from my bank account (reference CALLVOICE 62959110 / bank ref: CALLVO130815) for a service I have no knowledge about. I take profound exception to such an activity considering the high prevalence of. I called an agent on their number 087 230 1079 on Monday 19 August 2013.The agent I spoke to initially was very evasive and could not provide me with the details on how they managed to not only access my bank account but also proceed to collect money without my knowledge and authority. The agent refused to provide me with even the company registration number especially since I pointed out that their action bordered on the. This has to stop as it puts lots of people at high risk of being defrauded their money and I think it is illegal for a "legitimate '' company to deduct money for people's accounts without their consent and knowledge.
