Unauthorized withdrawal

I already wrote the first report, I'm replying on it. thank you for your quick response, but I'm not satisfied with the results from Ombudsman as they are not talking about cameras, what if the person that my money is working for the bank, and whoever withdrawed my money is clever he/she knew that my limit is 2000 rands, he/she withdrawed once and didnt try again so that it will look as if i did that withdrawal. could you please investigate by yourselves or get Ombudsman to look at the footage of that day. and I want to be invited on that footage because I was at home with my card at the time of the withdrawal and I did swipe my card on that day at Umtata Plaza but I didnt withdraw the 2000 rands I'm talking about.
