Pease clear this off my credit records

I paid off my FNB smart loan well in advance. Now I'm having issues getting FNB to clear this off my credit reports. Experian and Trans Union both reflect that I still owe R47838. I got declined on a smart phone due to affordability and after several calls, this is still reflecting against my name. I have received the paid-up letter. Please clear this from my credit reports as soon as possible. I have requested this now several times and it still reflecting on my credit report. This negatively affects my report/score as it show that I have R47000 debt extra and I get declined for affordability. Fix this now please.
